Similarity reports

If a report cannot be generated for technical reasons, or a duplicate payment is made, you receive a full refund.

Once a report has been generated and delivered, the order is non-refundable because the deliverable has been consumed.

Custom services

Cancellations requested before work begins are fully refundable.

After work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on the stage of completion.

Revisions within the agreed scope are provided free of charge before a refund is considered.

How to request a refund

Email thessibee2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
