We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your documents to train third-party models.

Storage and security

Uploaded files are stored in private storage. Access is restricted to your own account and to authorised Thesis Bee staff working on your order.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

Retention and deletion

Order records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You can request deletion of your uploaded documents and account at any time.
