You can request removal of any uploaded file from your dashboard order at any time. Deleted files are removed from active storage.

Deleting your account

Send an account deletion request to thessibee2025@gmail.com from your registered email address. We confirm identity, remove your profile, files and personal data, and retain only the minimum transaction records required by law.

Deletion requests are typically completed within 7 working days.
